Forks are off of a 2006 Yamaha R6.  

He had to turn down the lower bearing surface a millimeter to fit the bearing and include a 4mm spaced under it as well to get it to fit.  

He had to extend the steering stops a bit so the clip ons don't hit the tank.

He also modded the frame and the plating underneath to hold the electronics.

he made the fiberglass seat.
